Combat, at the map, seems to run at 60-70% speed at 20-30 fps. With this done, in-game cutscenes and dialogues run at 30~60 fps at 100% speed. So I opened Task Manager and set the emulator to high priority. This alone made the game playable but it was stuttering during in-game cutscenes. On the audio tab, all I changed was to change everything to auto again. I left hardware render and hardware shader on. But at least I'm not watching a slideshow - and another think to note is that my PC is awful.

Nothing mindblowing mind you, as it still takes a dip the moment an attack connects, and overall it slows down the more enemies you're fighting. Surprisingly enough, I managed to get the combat at a pretty good speed.
